Purchasing & Tendering Policy

The Municipal Act, 2001, Section 270, as amended, requires that a municipality shall adopt and maintain policies with respect to the procurement of goods and services. The Corporation of the Town of Moonbeam has developed the following purchasing policy principles for the municipality. A copy of the policy can be found here.
